The fastest way to drop some pounds and look ripped!
1. Skip the processed food
2. All meals should be steamed, boiled, grilled or roasted
3. Do away with salt totally as it causes water retention
4. Eat 5-6 small meals where each meal contains protein
5. Do cardio twice a day. One 30 minute session when you get up in an empty stomach and another 30 minutes after your weights workout
6. skip the alcohol! It's empty calories
