DMX - FUCK THE INDUSTRY/FUCK JAY Z

DMX Rep Talks Arrest, Reveals Jay-Z Apology in the Works
X’s rep, Nakia Walker, tells XXLMag.com that before going to jail, the rapper planned on issuing a video apology to Jay-Z…

DMX was locked up once again in Arizona’s Mariciopa County yesterday (November 18) for violating his probation. It seems he will remain in lock-up until his November 24 hearing according to X’s manager Nakia Walker.

Walker told XXL that the Yonker’s MC was arrested for failing to meet with his probation officer and could face up to eight months in jail if convicted. “Earl sometimes has a hard time following the rules, that’s all,” Walker said. “He didn’t check in with his probation officer and pretty much [they] extended their hand and they violated him.”

Walker also revealed that X had planned to issue a video apology to former collaborator Jay-Z after video of the Dog freestyling the lyric “Fuck Jay-Z” surfaced online earlier this week. “Jay called Swizz and Swizz called us and we’ve been on the phone, back and forth over the last couple of days,” she said. “He was just freestyling, he doesn’t feel that way at all; not at all.”
