Crazy 1 Min Home Cardio Workout

How to?
1. Burpee 1 rep
2. Jumping knee tuck 1 rep
3. Mount climber 5 reps
4. Jumping 5 lunges 5 reps
that's 1 then 15 seconds rest before the next round/ circuit
