Jay-Z, “The Hits Collection Vol. 1,” will be released November 23rd, the same day as Nicki Minaj & Lloyd Banks’ albums and a day after Kanye West’s, “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.” The deluxe version($20) comes with a 32 page book and five unreleased songs while the collector’s edition($60) has the songs and a 100 page book. Jay-Z’s “Decoded” drops November 16th.
