Well, don’t be shocked that these girls are in the gym lifting weights and doing yoga like crazy to get those K-pop legs that women dream of having and men dream of holding :)
I guess though that when you’ve got to stand next to Gu Hara you start to get a bit of a complex about your weight. Hopefully this will show girls that you will not bulk up by doing exercises like this. In fact, these kinds of whole body movements are much better and more intense and therefore get much faster results than isolating the muscle which most people do. So, get doing some chin-ups, push ups and deadlifts and some yoga and you’ll see results!
