MESS x NEW ERA Fitted Caps

MESS Beijing, the premier streetwear store in Beijing, China. They proudly announce the first Chinese brand collaboration with NEW ERA. The hat was released on the Chinese National Holiday, October 1st, at the MESS flagship store. The MESS x NEW ERA 59Fifty baseball cap will also be released at Fatlace (San Francisco) and MAJOR (Washington DC) in the United States.

The hat takes a lot of inspiration from Chinese history. The cap’s button is the Red, which is representative of royalty, since all ancient Chinese emporers had Red tops to their hats. The main MESS logo on the front is representative of fortune, luck, and prosperity. The two circles on the side is an ancient symbol for money/wealth. The back of the cap features a MESS logo. The underbrim of the cap features a dragon silk fabric that is a representation of the silk road and silk trade that went on in ancient China. This fitted comes in two color ways: White and Black
